银屑病(白疕)是临床常见疾病,反复发作,迁延不愈。初期阶段郁为病因,导致气血生化不足为本,五脏失和,正气渐耗,邪郁渐盛则发病,此时治疗以扶正祛邪,解郁为主;发作期火毒炽盛,气血两燔,此时治疗以清热解毒泻火为要;后期则虚实夹杂,多见阴虚燥热,此时以清热养阴为主,但不可忽略解毒。银屑病病程郁,毒,阴虚3个阶段节节相扣,统于一贯;就五脏病位而言,脾经湿热、肺金风燥、肝木郁滞、心经火毒、肾阴亏虚是其主要病机所在。

The three stages of psoriasis: depression( blood stasis),poison,and yin deficiency are intertwined,and are integrated;as far as the five organs are concerned,the spleen meridian is damp-heat,the lungs are dry,the liver is stagnant,the heart meridian is hot,deficiency of kidney yin is its main pathogenesis.
