化瘀疏肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Huayu Shugan Decoction(化瘀疏肝汤) on Hepatic Fibrosis of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的 探究化瘀疏肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法 以2019年6月—2021年6月收治的98例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(复方甘草酸苷胶囊进行治疗)及观察组(化瘀疏肝汤进行治疗),比较两组患者接受治疗后的总有效率、治疗前后免疫功能指标及肝纤维化指标。结果 治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,免疫功能指标及肝纤维化指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 化瘀疏肝汤能够有效改善慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化情况,对于患者的恢复有很大的帮助作用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Huayu Shugan decoction(化瘀疏肝汤)in the treatment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.Methods from June 2019 to June 2021,98 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis were randomly divided into control group(treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin capsule)and research group(treated with Huayu Shugan decoction).The total effective rate and Immune function indexes and liver fibrosis indexes before and after treatment.Results the results showed that the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the indexes of immune function and liver fibrosis were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huayu Shugan decoction can effectively improve liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B and is very helpful for the recovery of patients.
