瓜蒌薤白白酒汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction(瓜蒌薤白白酒汤) in Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的 分析瓜蒌薤白白酒汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床价值。方法 研究对象为2020年2月—2021年2月收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组使用硝酸异山梨酯和阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用瓜蒌薤白白酒汤进行治疗,两组均治疗20 d。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、血脂及血液流变学指标。结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率94.00%高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组心悸、疲乏、胸闷、胸痛、气短、自汗评分、中医证候总分及血清TG、TC、LDL水平、高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、全血FIB水平、血浆黏度均显著低于治疗前,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清HDL水平高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 使用瓜蒌薤白白酒汤治疗冠心病心绞痛,可有效调节血脂,降低血液黏度,调节血液流变学指标水平,改善中医证候,疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction(瓜蒌薤白白酒汤)in treating of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods The study objects were 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021,and 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were divided into the control group and the observation group,each 50 cases by random number table method.The control group was treated with isosorbide nitrate and aspirin,and the observation group was treated with Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 20 d.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,blood lipid index and hemorheology index were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 76.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of palpitation,fatigue,chest distress,chest pain,shortness of breath,self sweating,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the level of serum TG,TC,LDL,high cut whole blood viscosity,low cut whole blood viscosity,the level of whole blood FIB and plasma viscosity in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the level of serum HDL in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction to treat angina pectoris of coronary heart disease could effectively regulate blood lipid,reduce blood viscosity,adjust the level of hemorheology index,and improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of patients,and the therapeutic effect was significant.
