摘要
对膀胱癌分子水平相关治疗,包括程序性死亡配体1(PD-1)、长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、microRNA(miRNA)、肿瘤干细胞相关靶点、丙酮酸激酶、Toll样受体2(TLR2)、聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶1(PARP1)及受体信号通路相关靶点等进行论述,了解膀胱癌发病机制,探讨分子水平治疗研究进展,在分子水平层面上解决肿瘤高异质性带来的治疗困难,探索该病精准化治疗方案。同时对该病治疗常用中药进行富集分析等研究,讨论中药治疗膀胱癌的机制及相关中药的潜在靶点。
For the treatment of bladder cancer at the molecular level,including PD-L1,long-chain non-coding RNA(lncRNA),microRNA(miRNA),tumor stem cell-related targets,pyruvate kinase,toll-like receptor 2(TLR2),poly adenosine diphosphate ribose polymerase 1(PARP1)and receptor signaling pathway related targets were discussed to understand the mechanism related to the pathogenesis of bladder cancer,explore the research progress of molecular therapy,solve the treatment difficulties caused by the high heterogeneity of tumor at the molecular level,and explore the precise treatment of the disease.At the same time,the common traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of this disease were enriched and analyzed to discuss the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of bladder cancer and the potential targets of related traditional Chinese medicines.
