基于太阳能自动追光发电的空气制水装置

摘要 针对荒漠地带,或者海上作业、抗震救灾等水资源极度匮乏的场景,设计一款基于太阳能追光发电的空气制水装置。采用STM32F103C8T6单片机作为主控芯片,利用二自由度舵机实现太阳能自动追光为整个系统供电。该装置由抽风机、紫外线杀菌器、进风口、温度控制器、蓄电池、冷凝器和蓄水箱等组成。其工作原理如下:利用抽风机将大量空气抽入装置中,通过空气过滤器净化空气杂质;利用加热管将进风口空气加热,利用半导体冷凝器与热空气形成的对流产生水凝珠,利用紫外线杀菌器对其进行灭菌消毒;最后将过滤后的水存储到蓄水箱中。该装置在不同温度、不同相对湿度的特殊环境下进行了对比试验,取得了较为理想的结果,体现出较好的推广价值。 Aiming at the desert area,or the scene of extreme shortage of water resources such as offshore operation and earthquake relief,an air water-making device based on solar tracking power generation is designed.The STM32 F103 C8 T6 chip is used as the main controller,and the two-degree-of-freedom steering gear is used to realize the automatic tracking of solar energy to supply power to the entire system.The device is composed of exhaust fans,ultraviolet sterilizers,air inlets,temperature controllers,batteries,condensers and water storage tanks.Its working principle is as follows:A large amount of air is pumped into the device by an exhaust fan and is purified through an air filter.The air at the inlet is heated by the heating pipe.The water condensation beads comes out through the convection between the semiconductor condenser and the hot air.The ultraviolet sterilizer is used to sterilize them.Finally,the filtered water is stored in the water storage tank.The device has carried out comparative tests in special environments with different temperatures and humidity and achieved ideal results,which reflects good popularization value.
