摘要
应用FLUENT软件,基于雷诺时均方程和Realizable k-e湍流模型对LXSG-13D2单流水表内部流场进行数值模拟。主要分析了密封板、引流板和滤水网在不同旋转角度下对小口径单流水表流量特性的影响。通过计算Q_(3)、Q_(2)、Q_(1)三个流量点下的转速分析流量特性;通过极差寻找最佳结构分布,并与实际试验结果进行对比分析,整体趋势一致。试验结果表明,数值模拟作为计量水表设计与结构优化的一种手段是切实可行的,为其性能调试提供了有力的理论依据,对计量水表的设计与发展具有一定的指导价值。
The internal flow field of the LXSG-13 D2 single jet water meter was numerically simulated based on the Reynolds time-average equation and the Realizable k-e turbulence model.The influence of the installation angle of sealing plate,drainage plate and water filter network on the flow characteristics of small-diameter single water meter was analyzed by calculating the speed at Q_(3),Q_(2)and Q_(1).The best structure distribution through the range was analyzed,which was compared with actual test results at the same time.The overall trend is consistent.It shows that numerical simulation is feasible as a means of single jet water meter design and structure optimization.It provides a powerful theoretical basis for water meter performance debugging.It has certain guiding value for the design and development of water meters.
