国内应急保障标准化的分析研究

Analysis on the Standardization of Emergency Security in China

应急保障是对软资源硬设施相结合的综合性应急资源管理,是应急管理体系运转的保证条件和基础性工作。本文总结了目前国内应急保障领域标准化工作的开展情况,通过梳理标准制定的情况,对应急管理体系、法律法规、人员、物资等保障方面进行分析研究。同时,针对我国应急保障标准化工作现状,提出完善应急保障体系的建议。

Emergency security is a comprehensive emergency resource management that combines software and hardware, and is the guarantee condition and basic work for the operation of the emergency management system. This paper summarizes the current development of standardization work in the field of domestic emergency security in China,and analyzes the emergency management system, laws and regulations, personnel, materials and so on through sorting out the condition of standards development. At the same time, it puts forward the suggestions for improving the emergency security system.
