瓜菜作物种子系列强制性国家标准实施效果评估研究

Research on the Implementation Effect Evaluation of Mandatory National Standards for Seed of Gourd and Vegetable Crops

修订后的《标准化法》对于强制性国家标准实施情况统计分析报告制度提出了明确要求。本研究以《瓜菜作物种子》(GB 16715-2010)系列强制性国家标准为研究对象,从标准技术内容、实施过程、实施效益等方面进行深入研究,科学建立起实施效果评估指标体系,并给出评估结果,同时给出了下一步工作建议。

The revised Standardization Law of China sets out clear requirements for the statistical analysis reporting system of mandatory national standards implementation. This paper takes the set of mandatory national standards for seed of gourd and vegetable crops as the research objects, carries out the research on the technical content, implementation process, and implementation benefits, establishes a scientific implementation effect evaluation index system, provides evaluation results and proposes the suggestions for future work.
