地方层面企业标准“领跑者”评估的实施探析

Research on the Implementation of the Evaluation of Enterprise Standard "Forerunner" at Local Level

企业标准“领跑者”制度是通过高水平标准引领,增加中高端产品和服务有效供给,支撑高质量发展的鼓励性政策。本文通过调研国家及相关省市开展评估的现状,结合河北省评估工作实践,对评估工作面临的关键问题进行总结分析,并对推动地方层面领跑者评估工作提出建议。

The enterprise standard “forerunner” system is an encouraging policy to increase the effective supply of highend products and services and support high-quality development. This paper summarizes and analyzes the key problems faced by the evaluation work by investigating the current situation of the evaluation work in the country and relevant provinces and cities, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the evaluation work of forerunner at the local level.
