摘要
根据企业在快速制造、精益生产背景下对工时制定的高时效性、高准确性需求,本文将对用方法时间测量(MTM)制定标准工时的方法进行研究,并结合企业应用实践,对MTM在产品开发、线体规划、现场改善中的应用场景进行归纳和总结,为企业导入MTM工时提出参考建议。
In the context of rapid manufacturing and lean production, Methods-Time-Measurement(MTM) can meet the demand of rapid and accurate man-hour setting. This paper will study the MTM method on standard man-hour setting,and summarize the application scenarios of MTM in product development, manufacturing system planning, and on-site improvement, providing suggestions for enterprises to introduce MTM.
