摘要
本文以食品质量安全为基本研究对象,以可追溯关键技术为研究切入点,深刻论述了食品质量安全追溯的基本内涵,深入剖析在食品质量安全管理中可以具体应用的可追溯关键技术,分别是信息采集技术、图像生成技术、条形码技术,并对在畜产品、果蔬类、水产品质量安全监管中应用的可追溯关键技术进行探寻,以期促使食品安全检测工作成效不断提高。
Taking food quality and safety as the basic research object and traceability key technology as the research starting point, this paper discusses the basic connotation of food quality and safety traceability, analyzes the key traceability technologies that can be applied in food quality and safety management including information acquisition technology, image generation technology and bar code technology, and explores the traceability key technologies applied in the quality and safety supervision of aquatic products in order to improve the effectiveness of food safety testing.
