嵌入式冰箱快速冷却器的研究与标准化应用

摘要 相关冰箱用户调研显示,大多数消费者希望在普通食品冷却的基础上,开发对少量饮料临时性的快速冷却功能。本文在分析现有冰箱冷却功能及原理的基础上,提出了一种新的思路,即利用冰箱冷藏室的回风“余冷”,结合“强化换热”技术实现对少量饮料的快速冷却。为此对某冰箱原型机进行了改制,设计制作了快速冷却器样件,并进行了对比试验研究。结果表明:一件330mL容量的罐装饮料从30℃降低到10℃,采用普通冷却方式耗时约165分钟。采用快速冷却器和冷藏回风余冷,耗时16分钟,提速10倍+。论文同时对快速冷却器的冷却机理进行了原理探讨,结论与试验数据基本一致。 Related refrigerator user survey shows that most consumers want to develop a temporary rapid cooling function for a small number of drinks on the basis of ordinary food cooling. On the basis of the analysis of the existing cooling function and principle of refrigerators, this paper puts forward a new idea, that is, using the refrigerator refrigerator return air "residual cooling", combined with the "enhanced heat exchange" technology to achieve the rapid cooling of a small number of drinks. It restructures the refrigerator prototype, designs and makes the fast cooler sample,and studies the comparative test. The results show that it takes about 165 minutes for a 330ml canned beverage to reduce from 30°C to 10°C, using ordinary cooling mode. Using a fast cooler and refrigerated return air residual cooling, it takes 16 minutes with speed up 10 times +. This paper also discusses the principle of the cooling mechanism of the fast cooler,and the conclusion is basically consistent with the test data.
