摘要 为解决某地区PP-R管材耐低温冲击性能差以及产品质量监督抽查不合格率较高的问题,本文设计用低温落锤冲击试验来评价管材的耐低温冲击性能,并研究通过热处理的方法来改善PP-R管材的耐低温冲击性能。 In order to improve the low temperature impact resistance of PP-R pipe and reduce the fail rate of product quality supervision spot check in a certain area, this paper designs the low temperature drop hammer impact test to evaluate the low temperature impact resistance of pipe, and studies to improve the low temperature impact resistance of PP-R pipe by heat treatment.
