摘要
目前,高校学生的心理健康问题频发,心理健康教育和相关工作愈发引起重视。由于高校关于心理健康工作职业能力标准的相关政策不够完善、能力与岗位划分也不够匹配等原因,导致高校辅导员的心理健康教育工作的职业能力参差不齐,难以有效地完善相关工作。因此,本文通过对目前高校辅导员心理健康教育工作中关于能力标准的政策瑕疵进行分析,并提出确定职业能力标准的依据,进而提高辅导员的心理健康工作职业能力,从而更好地为学生提供心理健康服务。
At present, mental health problems of college students occur frequently, and more attention is paid to mental health education and related work. Due to the lack of policies on professional competence standards of mental health work in colleges and universities, and the lack of matching between competence and position, the professional competence of college counselors in mental health education is uneven, and it is difficult to effectively improve the relevant work.Therefore, this paper analyzes the policy flaws of competency standards in the current college counselors’ mental health education work, and puts forward the basis for determining the professional competency standards, so as to improve the counselors’ mental health work professional ability, so as to provide better mental health services for students.
