高职院校劳动教育课程标准化建设思考

Thoughts on Standardization Construction of Labor Education Curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着时代的发展,社会对人才提出的要求也越来越高,为了培养更多综合素质更高的人才,高职院校应当重视劳动教育在新时代教育体系中的重要地位。通过建设劳动教育课程,不但能强化学生的劳动技能,助力其养成良好劳动品德,而且也能促进学生对劳动价值心生认同。本文则重点结合高职院校教育实情,从课程建设的目标、内容、方法、评价等多个方面着手,分析劳动教育课程标准化建设路径,希望能为教育同行提供参考。

With the development of the times, the society has higher and higher requirements for talents. In order to cultivate more talents with higher comprehensive quality, higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the important position of labor education in the education system of the new era. Through the establishment of labor education courses, it can not only strengthen students’ labor skills, help them develop good labor morals, but also promote students’ recognition of labor value. This article focuses on the reality of higher vocational education, starts from the objectives,content, methods, evaluation and other aspects of curriculum construction, and analyzes the standardization construction path of labor education curriculum, which is expected to provide reference for education peers.
