珠海市港澳居民居家护理服务需求调查与标准化服务方案制定

Investigation on the Demand for Home Care Services of Hong Kong and Macao Residents in Zhuhai City and Formulation of Standardized Service Plans

目的:通过调查港澳居民在珠海市的需求和当前满意度,建立满足港澳居民期望和满意度的居家护理服务模式,为港澳居民在珠海市的生活提供保障。方法:本次研究于2021年9月-2022年3月采用便利抽样方法,对珠海市港澳居民200人进行问卷调查和实地访谈。以问卷调查的形式进行填写,填写完毕后由质控人员回收问卷,同时检查问卷是否存在缺漏。问卷回收后采取双人录入的形式,录入完成后,按20%的比例随机核对输入数据进行复核,以确保录入问卷的准确性。结果:本次研究共纳入200例港澳居民患者,将患者分为需求组和非需求组,其中需求组136例(68.0%),非需求组64例(32.0%),但因素分析结果显示居民居家护理需求与年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、收入来源、收入、是否患有慢性疾病、自理能力均有关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,珠海市港澳居民居家护理服务需求受收入以及自理能力影响(P<0.05)。结论:港澳居民迫切需要居家护理服务,而家庭收入越低、自理能力越差者对居家护理的需求更加迫切,针对该情况应加大机构完善并组织居家护理服务机构,展开医养结合服务供给模式,来满足广大居民用户多层次、多样化的护理服务需求,以此达到改善港澳居民的生活质量。

Objective: By investigating the needs and current satisfaction of Hong Kong and Macao residents in Zhuhai,to establish a home care service model that meets the expectations and satisfaction of Hong Kong and Macao residents,and to provide protection for Hong Kong and Macao residents in Zhuhai. Methods: This study adopted the convenience sampling method from September 2021 to March 2022, and conducted a questionnaire survey and field interviews of 200 Hong Kong and Macao residents in Zhuhai city. If a questionnaire was finished, the accusers collected and checked whether there are any omissions. After the questionnaire was collected, the form of double input was adopted. After the input was completed, the input data would be checked randomly according to the proportion of 20% to ensure the accuracy of the input questionnaire. Results: A total of 200 Hong Kong and Macao residents in Zhuhai were included in this study, and the patients were divided into the demand group and the non-demand group, of which 136(68.0%) were in the demand group and 64(32.0%) were in the non-demand group. Nursing needs were related to age, gender, educational level, marital status, source of income, income, whether suffering from chronic diseases, and self-care ability(P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the demand for home care services of Hong Kong and Macao residents in Zhuhai was affected by income and self-care ability(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hong Kong and Macao residents urgently need home care services, and the ones with lower the family income and less self-care ability need home care services more urgently. In view of this situation, we should increase institutional improvement, and organize home care service institutions to develop a service supply model that combines medical care and elderly care, so as to meet the multilevel and diversified nursing service needs of the residents, and further improve the quality of life of Hong Kong and Macao residents.
