综合康复护理干预在结直肠癌患者标准护理中的应用及满意度探讨

Application and Satisfaction of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Standardized Nursing of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:探究综合康复护理对结直肠癌患者的应用效果。方法:选取40例患者,分成对比组(标准护理)、综合组(综合康复护理),各20例。对比两组的胃肠功能、满意度、并发症。结果:对比组的首次排便时间、首次排气时间比综合组更长(P<0.05),对比组的满意度低于综合组(P<0.05),对比组的并发症发生率高于综合组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理可以有效改善结直肠癌患者的胃肠功能,提升护理满意度,减少并发症。

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: 40 patients were divided into the control group(standardized nursing) and the comprehensive group(comprehensive rehabilitation nursing), with 20 cases in each group. The gastrointestinal function, satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: The first defecation time and first exhaust time in the control group were longer than those in the comprehensive group(P<0.05), the satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the comprehensive group(P<0.05), and the incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the comprehensive group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve gastrointestinal function, improve nursing satisfaction and reduce complications in patients with colorectal cancer.
