肾病综合征患者的标准化护理干预措施

Standardized Nursing Interventions for Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:探究在针对肾病综合征患者开展护理的过程中,运用标准化护理干预措施产生的效果。方法:2020年1月-2021年6月,某医院收治的82例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机表格法把患者均分,41例为一组,参照组运用一般护理措施,观察组运用标准化护理干预措施,比较两种不同护理方法产生的效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率、治疗有效率优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在针对肾病综合征患者开展护理的过程中,使用标准化护理干预措施,有利于避免出现并发症,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective: To explore the effect of standardized nursing interventions in the process of nursing nephrotic syndrome patients. Methods: 82 cases of nephrotic syndrome patients admitted from January 2020 to June 2021 were taken as the research objects, according to the random table method, and they were divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group. The reference group used general nursing measures, and the observation group used standardized nursing intervention measures. The effect of two different nursing methods was compared. Results: The complication rate and effective rate of the observation group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the process of carrying out nursing for patients with nephrotic syndrome, the use of standardized nursing intervention measures is beneficial to avoid complications and improve the clinical treatment effect.
