我国15个城市公共图书馆2017—2021年度年报发布情况研究

A Study on the Release of Public Library Annual Reports in 15 Cities in China from 2017 to 2021

公共图书馆年报信息的公开是促进图书馆事业发展的有效手段,也能保障公民获取信息的权利。为优化公共图书馆年报的发布状态,文章采用网络调查法和文献研究法,以我国15个城市公共图书馆为研究对象,调研其2017—2021年年报信息公开的情况。研究发现,城市图书馆年报发布普遍性不强、可持续性不足、有效性欠佳且发展水平不均衡。建议以行业规范提高年报发布的普遍性,以制度建设增强年报发布的可持续性,以营销理念提升年报发布的有效性并注重体系年报信息公开。

Public library annual report disclosure is effective means to promote the development of enterprise, can also ensure citizens’ right to know.In order to improve the condition of annual report disclosure, using network survey research and literature analysis as the major research methods to investigate research samples annual reports from 2017 to 2021.It is found that there are problems as weak universality, lack of sustainability, poor effectiveness and unbalanced development of library service system annual report.It is suggested to improve the universality of annual report disclosure by industry standard, to enhance the sustainability by system construction, to strengthen the effectiveness by marketing concept and to pay more attention to library service system information disclosure.
