“双一流”高校图书馆空间服务现状与优化策略研究

Research on the Current Situations and Optimization Strategies of “Double First-Class” University Library Space Services

文章采用网络调研法和文献调查法,对“双一流”高校图书馆学习交流空间、体验感知空间、自助服务空间、网络虚拟空间等空间服务现状展开调查,针对当前高校图书馆空间服务发展隐患,提出优化策略。一是加强空间共建顶层设计,完善多方协作发展机制;二是开展深层次用户调研,构建用户画像;三是加强新技术引入,推动馆员与文化赋能;四是建立网络虚拟空间运营团队,嵌入智慧化在线服务模块。

By using the methods of network investigation and literature investigation, this paper investigates the current situations of the space services of the “double first-class” university libraries, such as learning and communication space, experience and perception space, self-service space and network virtual space.In view of the hidden dangers in the development of the space services of the current university libraries, this paper puts forward some optimization strategies.The first is to strengthen the top-level design of space co-construction and improve the multi-party collaborative development mechanism;the second is to carry out in-depth user research and build user portraits;the third is to strengthen the introduction of new technologies to promote librarians and cultural empowerment;the fourth is to establish a network virtual space operation team, embedded in the intelligent online service module.
