摘要
肝癌是世界上发病率和死亡率均位前列的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生发展机制复杂多样。铁死亡是一种铁离子依赖性的细胞程序性死亡方式,以细胞内脂质过氧化物积累和氧化还原平衡紊乱为特征。越来越多的研究发现铁死亡在肝癌中发挥着重要的作用,促进铁死亡可抑制肝癌发展。本文回顾近年来肝癌铁死亡的相关研究,归纳铁死亡在肝癌中的作用机制。
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a leading malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality,which development mechanism is complicated.Ferroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death relied on iron,which is characterized with intracellular accumulation of lipid peroxide and redox balance disorder.A more growing number of studies found that ferroptosis plays an important role in HCC,and promote ferroptosis may inhibit the development of HCC.Studies of ferroptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma in recent years are reviewed in this paper in order to summary the mechanism of ferroptosis in HCC.
