Construction of Science and Technology Service Standards System Framework in China

科技服务标准体系是科技服务业标准化管理和产业发展规划的基础,建立完善的科技服务标准体系对我国科技服务业的发展十分重要。本文通过分析国内外科技服务业标准化现状和趋势,提出科技服务标准体系架构,主要包含通用基础标准、服务提供标准、服务保障标准、服务评价标准、专题特色科技服务标准五个部分,为科技服务业标准化工作提供参考,助力我国科技服务业健康可持续发展。

The science and technology service standards system is the basis of standardization management and industrial development planning in the science and technology service industry.Therefore,establishing a complete science and technology service standards system is very important to the development of China’s science and technology service industry.By analyzing the current situation and trend of the standardization of science and technology service industry at home and abroad,this paper provides the framework of science and technology service standards system,which mainly includes five parts:general basic standards,service provision standards,service guarantee standards,service evaluation standards,and featured science and technology service standards,which can provide reference for the standardization of science and technology service industry,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
