加氢站安全生产标准体系框架构建

Construction of the Standards System Framework for the Safety Production of Hydrogen Refueling Station

本文通过分析加氢站安全生产方面的标准化工作现状,根据构建标准体系的主要原则和安全生产工作的基本逻辑,构建加氢站安全生产标准体系框架,并提出加快标准制修订进度、明确标准制修订侧重点和建立推行标准化工作保障体系的相关建议,为提高加氢站安全生产能力水平、改善加氢站安全生产环境提供决策参考。

By analyzing the current situation of standardization in safety production of hydrogen refueling station,this paper establishes the framework of safety production standards system of hydrogen refueling station according to the main principles of constructing standards system and the basic logic of safety production,and puts forward suggestions on accelerating the progress of standards development and revision,clarifying the focus of standards development and revision and establishing a supporting system for carrying out standardization work,so as to improve the level of safety production and the production environment of hydrogen refueling station.
