基于武义实践的乡村治理标准体系构建

Construction of Rural Governance Standards System Based on Wuyi’s Practice

本文在全面掌握我国乡村治理标准化现状的基础上,以浙江省武义县深化村务监督制度标准化发展为切入点,深入分析武义县乡村治理现状以及乡村治理标准化需求,提出在全面实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,乡村治理将整体呈现治理主体多元化、治理制度规范化、治理模式体系化等趋势,并以综合标准化与模块化方法为指导,构建出包含5大子体系的乡村治理标准体系,将对促进新时代乡村社会转型与发展以及治理能力现代化发挥积极作用。

Based on the current situation of rural governance standardization in China,this paper analyzes the standardization development of the village affairs supervision system in Wuyi County,Zhejiang Province,and the current rural governance of Wuyi County as well as the needs of rural governance standardization.In the context of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,rural governance will show the overall trend of diversification of governance entities,standardization of governance systems,and systemization of governance models.Guided by the comprehensive standardization and modular approach,the paper proposes the standards system of rural governance with five subsystems,which will play a positive role in promoting the transformation and development of rural society in the new era and the modernization of governance capabilities.
