某高校1897名大学生对安全套的认知及性行为现状调查

Investigation on status quo of condom cognition and sexual behavior among 1897 college students in a university

目的掌握在校大学生对安全套基础知识的理解及其使用情况,以及他们对待自己恋爱时的态度和性行为发展现状,为加强大学生性教育及预防艾滋病工作提供依据。方法运用整群抽样的方法从马鞍山市某高校中抽取1897名学生作为调查对象,使用自行设计的调查问卷,让调查对象通过微信App扫码的方式进行匿名网络问卷调查。结果调查的大学生中安全套的基本知识总知晓率为70.8%,四个年级学生总知晓率最高为88.5%。性取向为与自己不同性别的占88.8%,同一性别的占2.0%,既有同性又有异性取向的占4.7%;其中男性为同一性别取向的占73.6%,女性为26.3%;双性取向中女生居多,占58.8%。主动报告发生过性行为的占9.8%(发生过性行为的人数/调查总人数),女生性行为发生率(6.38%)低于男生(11.68%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.760,P<0.001)。首次发生性行为时使用安全套的占63.9%。结论1897名大学生对安全套知识的知晓率有待进一步提高,发生性行为的情况较多,但发生性行为时使用安全套的频率较低,应加大宣传力度,增强大学生的自我保护意识,有效预防不安全性行为。

ObjectiveTo master the understanding and use of condoms among college students,and their attitudes towards their love and sexual behavior,so as to provide evidence for strengthening sex education and preventing AIDS among college students.MethodsA cluster sampling method was used to select 1897 students from a university in Ma’anshan City as the survey objects.By using a self-designed questionnaire,the survey objects were asked to conduct an anonymous online questionnaire survey by scanning the code of WeChat APP.Results total awareness rate of condom basic knowledge was 70.8%,and the highest awareness rate was 88.5%among the students of four grades.Totally 88.8%of them had a sexual orientation different from their own,2.0%had the same sex,and 4.7%had both same-sex and opposite-sex orientation.Among them,73.6%were male and 26.3%were female.Among the bisexual orientation,the majority were girls,accounting for 58.8%,and 9.8%of them reported having had sex on their own initiative.The incidence of sexual behavior among girls was lower than that of boys,and the difference was statistically significant(6.38%vs 11.68%,χ^(2)=13.762,P<0.001).Totally 63.9%used condoms for the first time and 31.7%did not use condoms.ConclusionsA total of 1897 college students’awareness of condom knowledge needs to be further improved.There are many cases of sexual behavior,but the frequency of condom use is low.We should strengthen publicity,enhance college students’self-protection awareness,and effectively prevent unsafe sexual behavior.
