糖类抗原199在健康体检人群中的分布情况

目的探索糖类抗原199(CA199)在健康体检人群中的分布情况。方法以35074例体检人员为分析对象,其中男性19073人,女性16001人。分别按性别和年龄对参检人员进行分组(0~20,>20~30,>30~40,>40~50,>50~60,>60~70,>70~80和>80岁组,共8组),通过化学发光免疫法检测CA199,并对不同性别和年龄组的CA199相关数据进行分析。结果参检人员总体CA199阳性检出率为5.44%,其中男性为4.08%,低于女性的7.07%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=135.163,P<0.001);男性和女性的0~20,>70~80和>80岁三个年龄组,CA199阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而>20~30,>30~40,>40~50,>50~60,>60~70岁5个年龄组女性CA199阳性检出率分别为8.05%、6.25%、5.96%、7.92%、10.91%,均高于男性的0.72%、1.68%、2.57%、4.63%、6.65%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=82.00、86.365、62.935、31.665、22.136,P值均<0.001);另外,男性CA199阳性检出率随着年龄的增加而升高,呈现递增趋势(趋势性检验χ^(2)=404.875,P<0.001),女性无明显规律。结论不同性别CA199阳性检出率有差异,女性在>20~70岁年龄段高于男性;男性CA199阳性检出率随着年龄增加而升高,女性则无明显规律。

Objective To explore the distribution of carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)in healthy physical examination people.Methods The data of 35074 physical examination personnel were analyzed,including 19073 males and16001 females.The participants were divided into 8 age groups according to age(0-20,>20-30,>30-40,>40-50,>50-60,>60-70,>70-80 and>80 years old).CA199 was detected by chemiluminescent immunoassay,and the CA199-related data of different sexes and age groups were analyzed.ResultsThe overall positive rate of CA199 was 5.44%among the participants,of which 4.08%were males,which was lower than 7.07%of females.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=135.163,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of CA199 between the male and female age groups of 0-20,>70-80 and>80 years(P>0.05),but the positive detection rates of CA199 in the female age groups of>20-30,>30-40,>40-50,>50-60 and>60-70 were 8.05%,6.25%,5.96%,7.92%and 10.91%,which were higher than those of the male age groups of 0.72%,1.68%,2.57%,4.63%and 6.65%respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=82.00,86.365,62.935,31.665,22.136,all P<0.001).In addition,the positive detection rate of CA199 in men increased with the increase of age,showing an increasing trend(χ^(2)trend=404.875,P<0.001),and there was no obvious rule in women.Conclusions The positive rate of CA199 is different in different genders.The rate of the female is higher than that of the male in the age group of>20-70 years.The positive rate of CA199 increased with age in men,but not in women.
