煤矿在开采过程中因受各种因素的影响,导致煤矿安全事故时有发生,煤矿安全事故一旦发生不仅会对工作人员造成生命危险,而且还会为煤矿企业带来经济损失,对煤矿开采事业的发展产生不利影响。为保障煤矿生产的安全性,积极推动煤矿安全监控系统与“一通三防”管理的预警联动建设,对煤矿重点监控区域进行提前预警、超前监控、过程控制等,提高煤矿生产的安全预警,避免安全事故的发生。

Due to the influence of various factors in the mining process,coal mine safety accidents often occur.Once a coal mine safety accident occurs,it will not only endanger the lives of work-ers,but also bring economic losses to coal mining enterprises,which will have an adverse impact on the development of coal min-ing.In order to ensure the safety of coal mine production,actively promote the early warning linkage construction of coal mine safety monitoring system and"one connection and three prevention"man-agement,and take measures such as early warning,advanced moni-toring and process control for key coal mine monitoring areas,so as to improve the safety early warning of coal mine production and avoid safety accidents.
