日粮中添加胍基乙酸、γ-氨基丁酸和维生素E对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质的影响 被引量:2

Effects of guanidine acetic acid,γ-aminobutyric acid and vitamin E on growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of finishing pigs

摘要 文章旨在研究胍基乙酸、γ-氨基丁酸和维生素E对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质的影响。试验选取128头健康、采食量正常、平均体重60 kg左右的“杜×长×大”育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头猪,公母各半。第Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第Ⅱ组饲喂添加600 g/t胍基乙酸的基础日粮;第Ⅲ组饲喂添加200 g/t γ-氨基丁酸的基础日粮;第Ⅳ组饲喂添加200 g/t维生素E的基础日粮。试验为期60 d。结果表明,日粮添加600 g/t胍基乙酸能显著提高育肥猪平均日增重(P <0.05),同时对背膘厚、滴水损失和肌间脂肪也有显著影响(P <0.05);添加200 g/t γ-氨基丁酸对育肥猪生长性能无显著影响(P> 0.05),但对屠宰率、背膘厚、眼肌面积、滴水损失、粗蛋白质含量和肌间脂肪含量有显著影响(P <0.05);添加200 g/t维生素E对育肥猪生长性能无显著影响(P> 0.05),但猪肉粗蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,日粮中添加600 g/t 胍基乙酸可提高育肥猪平均日增重;添加200 g/t γ-氨基丁酸可提高育肥猪的屠宰率、眼肌面积、粗蛋白质含量和肌间脂肪含量,降低平均背膘厚和滴水损失。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of guanidine acetic acid,γ-aminobutyric acid and vitamin E on growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of finishing pigs.A total of 128 healthy DLY finishing pigs with normal feed intake and average body weight of about 60 kg were randomly divided into group 4 with 4 replicates per group and 8 pigs per replicate,half male and half female.GroupⅠwas the control group,fed a basal diet.GroupⅡwas fed basal diet supplemented with 600 g/tguanidine acetic acid.GroupⅢwas fed a basal diet supplemented with 200 g/tγ-aminobutyric acid.GroupⅣwas fed a basal diet supplemented with 200 g/tvitamin E.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:adding 600 g/t guanidine acetic acid to the diet significantly increased the average daily gain of finishing pigs(P<0.05),and also significantly affected the backfat thickness,drip loss and intermuscular fat(P<0.05);add 200 g/tγ-aminobutyric acid had no significant effect on growth performance of finishing pigs(P>0.05),but had significant effects on slaughter rate,back fat thickness,eye muscle area,dripping loss,crude protein content and intramuscular fat content(P<0.05);the addition of 200 g/t vitamin E had no significant effect on the growth performance of finishing pigs(P>0.05),but the crude protein content of pork was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).To sum up,under the experimental conditions,adding 600 g/t guanidine acetic acid to the diet can improve the average daily gain of finishing pigs;The addition of 200 g/tγ-aminobutyric could increase the slaughter rate,eye muscle area,crude protein content and intramuscular fat content of finishing pigs,and reduce the average backfat thickness and dripping loss.
