日粮添加不同水平黑水虻虫粉对蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化及肠道组织形态的影响

Effects of different levels of hermetia Illucens powder added to diet on performance,serum biochemistry and intestinal tissue morphology of laying hens

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加不同水平黑水虻虫粉对蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化及肠道组织形态的影响。试验将80只250日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只。其中对照组蛋鸡(T1)饲喂玉米-豆粕型常规饲料,3个试验组蛋鸡(T2、T3、T4)分别以5%、10%、15%的黑水虻虫粉替代豆粕,试验共计30 d。结果表明,T3组蛋鸡产蛋率显著高于T1、T2组(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,T3、T4组蛋鸡血清中总蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇含量显著提高(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,T2、T3组蛋鸡十二指肠中绒毛高度、空肠中绒毛高度、空肠中V/C显著提高(P <0.05),且T2、T3、T4组蛋鸡空肠中隐窝深度显著降低(P <0.05)。结论 :在本试验条件下,综合考虑蛋鸡生理机能和饲养经济效益,10%黑水虻虫粉替代豆粕的效果最佳,可在蛋鸡养殖中推广应用。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different levels of Tabanus nigrum meal on performance,serum biochemistry and intestinal morphology of laying hens.80250 day old Hailan brown layers were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 5 in each replicate.Among them,the control group(T1)was fed with corn soybean meal type conventional feed,and the three test groups(T2,T3,T4)were replaced with 5%,10%,and 15%black water tabanus meal,respectively,for a total of 30 days.The results showed that the laying rate of T3 group was significantly higher than that of T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of total protein,globulin and total cholesterol in serum of laying hens in T3 and T4 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the villus height in duodenum,villus height in jejunum and V/C in jejunum of laying hens in T2 and T3 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the recess depth in jejunum of laying hens in T2,T3 and T4 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,considering the physiological function and feeding economic benefits of laying hens,10%black water fly meal is the best substitute for soybean meal,which can be widely used in laying hens.
