在我国生态文明40余年的探索实践中,一系列重大方针政策和重大创新举措获得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就,书写了生态文明建设史上的辉煌篇章。按照阶段性的战略目标和重点任务区分,可分为既彼此相对独立又前后相继、密切关联的五个阶段。生态文明实践与制度建设发展轨迹的经验启示在于:改革开放以来党的领导集体一以贯之推进生态文明制度建设,坚持马克思主义生态文明理论基本原理与中国基本国情结合,以人与自然和谐共生理念引领生态文明制度建设的根本方向,始终遵循自然生态的发展规律进行生态文明制度设计和创新,坚持生态文明制度建设与其他制度建设良性互动、协同融合。

In more than 40 years'practice of Chinese ecological institution construction,a series of major policies and innovative measures have achieved tremendous achievements that have attracted worldwide attention,which has written a glorious chapter in the history of ecological civilization construction.In terms of phased strategic objectives and key tasks,it can be divided into five phases that are not only relatively independent of each other,but also successively and closely related.During the past over 40 years,the inspirations from the development track of the construction in ecological civilization institution lie in the following:Party's central collective leadership has been consistently promoting the construction of the ecological civilization institution since the reform and opening up,adhering to the integration of the basic principles of the Marxist ecological civilization theory and China's fundamental realities,guiding the fundamental goal of institutional improvement with the ideal of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,invariably following the laws of natural ecological development to design and innovate the ecological civilization institutions,insisting on the positive interaction and synergistic integration between the construction of the ecological civilization institution and that of other institutions.
