民族地区乡村振兴的现代性困境与实现路径研究——以大理周城白族特色村为例

A Research on the Modernity Dilemma and Realization Path of Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Areas:A Case Study of Zhoucheng Bai Ethnic Village in Dali

乡村振兴是解决城乡之间发展不平衡不充分的重要抓手,是实现共同富裕的必经之路。民族地区乡村振兴要充分挖掘村落自身资源禀赋,以区域性、民族性、文化性、时代性、生态性为价值基础,走差异化发展道路。以“中国白族第一村”大理周城村为个案的研究发现:周城村在乡村振兴中面临着诸多现代性困境,但是由于其具有深厚的历史文化底蕴,白族特色文化成为其乡村振兴重要的内生性资源和独特竞争力。在乡村振兴中,要让白族特色文化在特色产业、乡风文明和乡村治理等方面彰显文化性、时代性和治理性等多重价值,最终走出一条具有民族特色性、主体性的乡村振兴发展路径。

Rural revitalization is an important way to solve the imbalance and inadequate development between urban and rural areas,and is the only way to achieve common prosperity.Rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas should fully tap into the resource endowment of villages,take regional,ethnic,cultural,contemporary and ecological characteristics as the value basis,and take the road of differentiated development.Taking Zhoucheng Village in Dali,"the first village of Bai nationality in China"as a case study,we find that Zhoucheng faces many modern dilemmas in rural revitalization.However,due to its profound historical and cultural deposits,the characteristic culture of Bai nationality has become an important endogenous resource and unique competitiveness for its rural revitalization.In the process of rural revitalization,it is necessary to make the characteristic culture of Bai nationality manifest its multiple values in culture,times and governance in terms of characteristic industries,local customs and civilization,and rural governance,and finally find a path of rural revitalization with ethnic characteristics and subjectivity.
