槽型结构316L/CuCrZr真空熔铸复合技术的研究

摘要 为了获得高质量的316L/CuCrZr复合板,本工作设计了槽型结构的不锈钢板,用真空熔铸法制备了具有槽型结构的316L/CuCrZr复合材料。通过界面分析、力学测试等手段,研究了钢铜复合界面的结合性能。结果表明:316L/CuCrZr基体中的Fe、Cr、Cu等合金元素在界面发生了相互渗透扩散,扩散带呈锯齿状,扩散区域为600~750μm,未出现明显的金属间化合物,界面结合附近的显微硬度均大于母材。 In order to obtain high quality 316 L/CuCrZr composite plates, stainless steel plate with groove structure was designed, and 316 L/CuCrZr composites with groove structure were prepared by vacuum casting.The bonding properties of steel-copper composite interface were studied by means of interface analysis and mechanical test.The results show that the alloying elements such as Fe, Cr and Cu in the 316 L/CuCrZr matrix have interpenetrated and diffused at the interface, showing a zigzag diffusion zone. The diffusion region is about 600-750 μm, and there is no obvious intermetallic compounds. The microhardness near the interface bond is greater than that of the base metal.
