瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减联合常规西药治疗稳定型心绞痛(痰阻心脉)的疗效观察

Effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine on Stable Angina Pectoris(Phlegm Blocking Heart Vessel)

目的探讨稳定型心绞痛(痰阻心脉)患者采用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减联合常规西药治疗的疗效。方法选取2019年9月—2022年5月普洱市中医医院收治的60例稳定型心绞痛(痰阻心脉)患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用常规西药(阿司匹林肠溶胶囊+单硝酸异山梨酯片+阿托伐他汀钙片)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗,比较两组心绞痛发作情况、中医证候评分及炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,两组发作次数少于治疗前、疼痛程度低于治疗前、单次持续时间短于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组发作次数少于对照组(P<0.01),疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.01),单次持续时间短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);两组白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论痰阻心脉型SAP患者采用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减联合常规西药治疗,能够改善心绞痛发作情况,缓解临床症状,调节炎性因子水平。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with conventional western medicine on patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP)of phlegm blocking heart vessel type.Methods Sixty SAP patients of phlegm blocking heart vessel type treated in Pu’er Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research object,and were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional western medicine therapy(aspirin enteric-coated capsules+isosorbide mononitrate+atorvastatin calcium tablets),and the observation group was treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction on the basis of the control group.The frequency of attack of angina pectoris,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the two groups presented better effects in frequency of attack of angina pectoris,pain degree,and single duration than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had less frequency of attack,lower pain degree,and shorter single duration than the control group(all P<0.01);the TCM syndrome score and the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the observation group had more decrease than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with conventional western medicine could improve the attack of angina pectoris,relieve the clinical symptoms and regulate the level of inflammatory factors in SAP patients of phlegm blocking heart vessel.
