摘要
食用菌多糖是食药用真菌的重要功能性产物,其合成受外界环境因素的调节。为系统研究非营养因子对桑黄生长和胞外多糖产量的影响,采用单因素试验研究非营养因子在桑黄摇瓶培养过程中的作用。结果表明:适于桑黄菌体生长和胞外多糖合成的最佳非营养因子为种龄9 d、接种量10%、500 mL三角瓶装液量150 mL、摇瓶转速150 r·min、培养温度28℃、自然初始pH (5.8)、发酵周期8 d,在此条件下桑黄菌体生物量及胞外多糖产量最大,分别为(21.0±2.1) g·L^(-1)、(182.2±3.2) mg·L^(-1)。
Edible fungus polysaccharide is an important functional product of edible and medicinal fungi, and its synthesis is regulated by the external environment. In order to systematically study the effects of non nutritional factors on the growth and extracellular polysaccharide(EPS) of Phellinus linteus, the single factor experiment was used to study the effect of non-nutritional factors on P.linteus culture in shake flask. The results showed that the optimum culture conditions for the growth of P.linteus and the synthesis of EPS were as follows: seed age 9 days, inoculum 10%, liquid volume in 500 mL flask 150 mL, rotation rate 150 r·min, culture temperature 26 ℃, pH 5 and fermentation period 8 days. Under these conditions, the biomass and yield of EPS of P.linteus was maximal,(21±2.1) g·L^(-1)and(182.2±3.2) mg·L^(-1)respectively.
