浅谈校企合作对皮革专业人才培养的意义

Significance of College-Enterprise Cooperation in Training of Leather Professionals

皮革行业注重实际操作,在毛皮鞣制加工阶段会出现各种问题,对皮革专业人才的反应能力和技术水平都是不小的考验,因此对皮革专业人才培养需要与实际生产相结合。校企合作是高校技术专业人才培养模式中非常重要的一环,能够为制革专业的学生提供企业实操机会,将制革知识学以致用。研究校企合作对皮革专业人才培养的意义,有利于高校培养适合皮革行业的专业人才。本文分析了当前校企合作模式下皮革专业人才培养模式,对现有模式提出相应建议,希望能够给高校和企业提供参考。

The leather industry pays attention to practical operation,and various problems will occur in the fur tanning and processing stage,which is not a small test for the reaction ability and technical level of leather professionals.Therefore,the training of leather professionals needs to be combined with actual production.college-enterprise cooperation is a very important link in the training mode of technical professionals in colleges and universities.It can provide students majoring in leather making with enterprise practice opportunities and apply the leather making knowledge.Studying the significance of college-enterprise cooperation on the training of leather professionals is conducive to the training of professionals suitable for the leather industry in colleges and universities.This paper analyzed the training mode of leather professionals under the current college-enterprise cooperation mode,and put forward corresponding suggestions for the existing mode,hoping to provide reference for colleges and enterprises.
