北京市产业工人发展指数及企业支持状况研究

Research on the Development Index of Beijing Industrial Workers and the Support Status of Enterprises

摘要 产业工人在我国经济社会发展中扮演极其重要的角色。在推动产业工人队伍建设改革过程中依然面临基础研究薄弱和企业配合不足等问题。本文通过对北京市产业工人群体的指数研究和案例研究,发现处于不同企业性质内、不同职业发展期的产业工人的经济社会地位、职业发展状况和个人满意度评价存在差异。企业管理中与产业工人职业发展相关的管理体系制约其职业发展,以技术技能评价标准不够明确、职业晋升路径不清晰、自主工作和探索创新的制度空间不足等最为突出。 Industrial workers play an extremely important role in the economic and social development of China.In the process of promoting the reform of industrial workers’team building,they still face problems such as weak basic research and insufficient cooperation in enterprises.Through index studies and case studies of industrial workers groups in Beijing,the paper finds that there are differences in the economic and social status,career development status and personal satisfaction evaluation of industrial workers who are within different enterprise properties and in different career development stages.The management systems related to industrial workers’career development in enterprise management restrict their career development,with the lack of clear technical skill evaluation standards,unclear career promotion paths,and insufficient institutional space for independent work and exploration and innovation being the most prominent.
