基于柴油燃烧器的原位热脱附技术在有机污染地块修复中的工程应用

摘要 介绍了原位柴油热脱附技术在上海某有机污染地块修复中的工程应用,结合加热/抽提建井布设、原位热脱附系统运行、目标污染物去除效果、二次污染物控制等情况对整个工艺流程进行分析。结果表明,经35d原位加热后,目标区域的土壤温度达到200℃,修复后土壤中目标污染物含量均低于修复目标值,达到修复目标要求。原位柴油热脱附技术具有污染物去除效果好、二次污染可控及安全稳定等优势,具有良好的发展和应用前景。 The engineering application of in-situ diesel thermal desorption technology in the remediation of an organic-contaminated plot in Shanghai is presented,and the whole process is analysed in combination with the layout and construction of heating/extraction wells,operation of in-situ thermal desorption system,removal efficiency of target pollutants,control of secondary pollutants,and etc.Results have shown that through in-situ heating for 35 days,soil temperature in the area attained the target one of 200°C,and the content of target pollutants in soil was lower than respective specifi ed value after the remediation so as to meet the target requirements.It indicates that the in-situ diesel thermal desorption technology,with the advantages of satisfactory pollutant removal efficiency,controllable secondary pollution,safety and stability,has a good development and application prospect.
