Converting Bibliographic Data into Linked Data in the Online Environment:Implementation Approaches

文章回顾导入关联数据的演变过程,选取三种机读编目格式转化为关联数据的方式及其案例为研究对象,以全球信息网协会关联数据工作手册中发布关联数据作业项目为依据,分析其结果。这些案例包括批次大量转换的大英图书馆与法国国家图书馆、关联型机读编目格式的共享式虚拟探索环境及采用结构化数据标记纲要的图书馆关联网。研究发现:初期图书情报界重点在于满足关联数据化的需求,以关联数据驱动信息服务与网络曝光度为主要目标。

With the advancement and application of linked data,it has become an issue how to convert existing MARC data into linked data.In terms of the evolution of linked data in libraries,this paper analyzes the three approaches to library linked data transition based on a framework presented by W3C’Linked Data Cookbook,including the British National Bibliography of British Library and Bibliothèque Nationale de France for batch MARC conversion,the Share Virtual Discovery Environment for linky MARC and the Library Link Network for Schema.org.Results show the initial focus remained on the triplification of linked data;later,emphases were placed on the information services driven by linked data and the online visibility of bibliographic-based linked data.
