葵花-8卫星辐射数据的精度评估及其在光伏电站的应用研究

摘要 为验证葵花-8卫星辐射数据的质量,文章利用9个中国气象局标准气象站的辐射计观测数据,分别对葵花-8卫星的逐时太阳辐照度、日总太阳辐射量及典型月的日累积太阳辐射量进行了比较。首先,基于晴空因子参数,将卫星和气象站观测数据按照天气类型,分为晴天、多云和阴雨天3类数据,对不同的天气分组数据,分别计算卫星和气象站观测数据的相关系数和平均偏差的分布特性。对比结果表明,9个站点的卫星和气象站的日总辐射数据的平均相关系数为0.98,平均偏差为29.3 W/m^(2)。葵花-8卫星数据和气象站观测数据的相关性较高,平均偏差较低,因此卫星辐射数据可以近似代替地面辐射计,应用于光伏电站的发电量分析、智能运维等场景。通过对4个光伏电站的辐射计数据和卫星辐射数据进行对比,发现个别电站的辐射计数据和卫星辐射数据存在很大的系统偏差,说明电站的辐射计数据可能存在问题。卫星辐射数据可以辅助光伏电站进行辐射计故障的主动筛查,为光伏电站的智能运维提供了数据依据。 In order to study the quality of Himawari-8 solar radiation data,we use solar radiation data from 9 stations of China Meteorological Administration to analyze the hourly solar irradiance,daily solar radiation,and daily solar radiation of typical months of Himawari-8 satellite.Based on the parameters of clear sky factor,the data are divided into three categories:sunny,cloudy,and rainy.The correlation and average deviation distribution of satellite data and meteorological station data under different weather conditions are analyzed.The results show that the average correlation between daily solar radiation data of the 9 stations and the meteorological station data is 0.98 and the average deviation is 29.3 W/m^(2).The correlation between Himawari-8 satellite data and meteorological station observation data is high and the average deviation is low.Therefore,the satellite radiation data can be applied to the solar radiation data quality diagnosis,power generation analysis and intelligent operation and maintenance of the photovoltaic power plants.Through the comparative analysis of the tilt radiation of solar radiation data and satellite data of four photovoltaic power plants,it is found that there is a large system deviation between the radiometer data and satellite data for some power plants,or the data deviation is not consistent in different time intervals.Through data analysis,power stations with malfunctioning radiometer are filtered out,which provides data basis for the intelligent operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants.
