自我效能感在类风湿关节炎患者残疾接受度与社会支持间的中介效应

Mediating effects of self-efficacy on disability acceptance and social support in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者残疾接受度、社会支持水平,并分析自我效能感在二者之间的中介效应。方法选择2021年1~12月收治的60例RA患者作为研究对象,评估全部自我效能感[采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评估]、残疾接受度[采用残疾接受度量表(ADS)评估]及社会支持水平[领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)评估];观察RA患者自我效能感、残疾接受度、社会支持水平,重点分析自我效能感在RA患者残疾接受度与社会支持间的中介效应。结果60例FA患者自我效能感、残疾接受度及社会支持水平处于中等水平;经Pearson相关性分析检验,结果显示,RA患者自我效能感与残疾接受度、社会支持水平呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05);经中介效应分析,得到中介效应方程如下:Y=0.430X+0.318M+e3(Y:残疾接受度,X:社会支持,M:自我效能感),结果显示,社会支持水平可通过对RA患者的自我效能感间接影响其残疾接受度,为部分中介效应,中介效应对总效应的贡献率为33.71%。结论RA患者的社会支持水平不仅可通过影响患者的自我效能感进一步影响其残疾接受度,也可以直接影响患者残疾接受度。

Objective To observe the disability acceptance and social support level of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and to analyze the mediating effect of self-efficacy between the two.Methods Sixty RA patients treated in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All self-efficacy[assessed by general self-efficacy scale(GSES)],disability acceptance[assessed by acceptance disability scale(ADS)]and social support level[assessed by perceived social support scale(PSSS)]were assessed;and the self-efficacy,disability acceptance and social support level of RA patients were analyzed,the key obviation was mediating effects of self-efficacy,disability acceptance and social support level.Results The self-efficacy(GSES score),disability acceptance(ADS score)and social support level(PSSS score)of 60 FA patients were at the middle level.Pearson correlation analysis showe4d that the self-efficacy(GSES score)was positively correlated with the disability acceptance(ADS score)and social support level(PSSS score)in RA patients(r>0,P<0.05).The intermediary effect equation by the intermediary effect analysis was shown as follows:Y=0.430X+0.318M+e3(Y:Disability acceptance,X:Social support,M:Self-efficacy);the results showed that the level of social support could indirectly affect the disability acceptance of RA patients through their self-efficacy,partial mediating effect was generated,and the contribution rate of intermediary effect to the total effect was 33.71%.Conclusion The level of social support in RA patients can not only affect their disability acceptance by affecting their self-efficacy,but also directly affect their disability acceptance.
