人参对缺血性心脏病的保护作用及机制研究进展

Research progress of the protective effects and action mechanism of Ginseng on ischemic heart disease

人参是我国名贵的传统中药材之一,已有两千年的历史,从古至今都受到人们的广泛重视,有大补元气、富脉固脱、补脾益肺、生津安神之功效。随着科研技术的进步,已从人参中分离出多种单体,人参化学成分复杂,生物活性较为广泛,药理作用独特,应用价值极高。经过人们长期的探索研究和临床应用的积累,人参的成分和功效也越来越清晰。目前已经逐步应用于心血管疾病的预防和中医治疗中,并且随着现代科技的不断进步,人参及其主要活性成分人参皂苷的研究会更加深入、透彻,具有更为广阔的发展前景。本文从抗氧化,抗凋亡,抗心律失常、抗炎、抑制心室重构,能量代谢、促血管生成等方面进行综述,以期为临床安全用药与新药开发提供参考。

Ginseng is one of China’s precious traditional Chinese medicines(TCM),has a history of two thousand years,from ancient times to now,which has been widely valued by people,has the effects of reinforcing the vital energy,remedying collapse and restoring the normal pulse,benefiting spleen and lung,promoting fluid production and inducing sedation.With the progress of scientific research and technology,a variety of monomers have been isolated from ginseng.Ginseng has complex chemical components,extensive biological activities,unique pharmacological effects and high application value.After the accumulation of long-term exploration and clinical application of ginseng,the composition and efficacy of Ginseng are becoming more and more clear.At present,it has been gradually applied in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and TCM treatment,and with the continuous progress of modern science and technology,the researches about Ginseng and its main active ingredients-ginsenosides are more and more deepening and penetrating,which has a broader development prospect.This article summarizes the domestic and foreign literatures,and reviews the effects of Ginseng from the aspects of anti-oxidation,anti-apoptosis,anti-arrhythmia,anti-inflammation,inhibition of ventricular remodeling,energy metabolism,and promotion of angiogenesis,in order to provide reference for clinical safe drug use and new drug development.
