摘要
天然气加工行业简单的轻烃回收有向复杂的乙烷回收工艺发展的趋势,但乙烷分离的工艺过程较复杂,流程长且设备结构复杂,控制精度及自控水平要求高。提出了在常规PID控制的基础上,采用先进控制来优化工艺过程控制,通过预估模型、滚动优化及反馈校正的方式实现先进控制在天然气加工行业的应用,达到提高自动化水平,降低能耗,提高产品质量和收率的目的。
The natural gas processing industry is developing to the trend from simple light hydrocarbon recovery to the more complex ethane recovery.However,the process of ethane separation is relatively complicated,and the process is long,and equipment structure is complex,and requirements for control precision and automatic control are high.It is proposed to adopt advanced control to optimize the process control on the basis of conventional PID control,and to realize the application of advanced control in the natural gas processing industry through the methods of prediction model,rolling optimization and feedback correction,and to achieve the purpose of improving the automation,reducing energy consumption and improving product quality and yield.
