摘要
合理设计丙烯压缩机的控制方案对乙烯压缩机以及整个乙烯装置的平稳运行有着重要的影响。以某丙烯制冷压缩机防喘振和石墙控制方案为例,对原控制方案提出了修改建议,探讨了离心压缩机的石墙原理和控制方案。分析了带有抽气的离心压缩机在不同状态下压缩机与石墙操作的需求,为带抽气离心压缩机的防喘振和石墙控制提供了思路。
Reasonable design on control scheme for the propylene compressor plays very important role for ethylene compressor and the stable operation of the whole ethylene installation. Based on a propylene refrigeration compressor anti-surge and stone wall control scheme, improvement proposal for the original control scheme is put forward, and the principle of the stone wall and control of the centrifugal compressor are discussed. The operation requirements under different conditions for compressor with suction and the stone wall are analyzed, which provides ideas for the anti-surge and stone wall control of the centrifugal compressor with suction.
