摘要 控制性能监控系统(CPMS)针对PID控制回路进行实时监控、性能评估和整定优化,有效提高生产装置的自控投用率、平稳率和运维效率。工程实践中将CPMS软硬件设备部署在分散控制系统(DCS)的操作管理层,并采用标准OPC接口实现与DCS通信。CPMS通过获取DCS历史数据和实时数据,对控制回路进行实时监控和性能评估,呈现过程性能综合指标;采用基于数据驱动的虚拟参考整定方法高效实现对PID控制回路参数的整定与优化,并针对缺陷回路提出维护性意见,确保生产装置长期处于最优控制状态;最终形成对每个控制回路全生命周期的可靠闭环管理。 Based on control performance monitoring system(CPMS), real time monitoring, performance evaluating, tuning and optimizing function for PID control loops, the automatic control rate, automatic stable rate, operation and maintenance efficiency would be significantly improved in process plant. In engineering practice, software and hardware devices for CPMS should be installed on the operation and supervision layer of distributed control system(DCS) and standard OPC interface would be used for communication between CPMS and DCS. In accordance with history and real time data from DCS, CPMS could implement real time monitoring and performance evaluating, and generate comprehensive index of process control performance. CPMS would efficiently realize tuning and optimizing function for PID control loops based on data-driven virtual reference tuning method of data driven and report maintenance opinion for defective loops to ensure the process control performance in process plant is optimized in a long period. The life cycle closed-loop management of PID control loops would be achieved.
