摘要
聚酯大有光产品色度指标更具敏感性,抗干扰能力差。如何在诸多生产因素中探究透彻并加以管控,确保产品色值的稳定、可控,就成了行业内竞相研究的课题。本文着重从PTA原料、过滤器切换作业及工艺反应过程、负荷波动三个方面对色值的影响及管控加以论述。
The color index of bright chips of PET product is more sensitive,poor anti-interference ability.a variety of fluctuation,due to the change of policy,precise control,This paper focuses on the switching operation of PTA raw materials and filters,the influence factors of process reaction and load fluctuation on color value,so that the quality is stable and controllable.
