聚酯大有光产品色度指标更具敏感性,抗干扰能力差。如何在诸多生产因素中探究透彻并加以管控,确保产品色值的稳定、可控,就成了行业内竞相研究的课题。本文着重从PTA原料、过滤器切换作业及工艺反应过程、负荷波动三个方面对色值的影响及管控加以论述。
