心理干预在口腔种植手术中应用效果的Meta分析

Effect of psychical intervention in the implant surgery:An updated Meta-analysis

目的:应用Meta分析方法评估心理干预在口腔种植手术中的临床效果。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、Wiley Online Library、PubMed、CNKI和万方数据库,收集纳入各数据库建库至2021年12月间发表的关于心理干预对种植手术患者心理状态影响的临床随机对照研究文献。采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。效应指标包括:改良Corah's牙科焦虑量表(Corah's Modified Dental Anxiety Scale,MDAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)和焦虑自评表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分。结果:共纳入9个随机对照研究,共计710例患者。Meta分析结果显示:心理干预后种植牙患者心理状态改善具有统计学差异(SAS:WMD=-11.01,95%CI=-15.52~-6.60,P<0.001;SDS:WMD=-6.36,95%CI=-8.22~-4.50,P<0.001;MDAS:WMD=-2.24,95%CI=-3.27~-1.20,P<0.001)。结论:心理干预可明显改善口腔种植手术患者心理状态,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of psychical intervention in the implant surgery.Methods:The Cochrane Library,Wiley Online Library,PubMed,CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched by computer to collect clinical randomized controlled studies published between the establishment of each database and December 2021 on the effect of psychological intervention on the psychological state of implant surgery patients.The meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software.Effect indicators included Corah's Modified Dental Anxiety Scale(MDAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results:Based on pre-selected criteria,a total of 9 RCT studies involving 710 patients on implant surgery were included.The results showed that in the implant surgery,psychical status of patients improved significantly after psychical intervention(MDAS:WMD=-2.24,95%CI=-3.27~-1.20,P<0.001;SAS:WMD=-11.01,95%CI=-15.52~-6.60,P<0.001;SDS:WMD=-6.36,95%CI=-8.22~-4.50,P<0.001).Conclusion:Through psychical intervention,the psychical status of patients underwent implant surgery is apparently improved.Psychical intervention is of positive clinical significance.
