摘要
目的:探讨在口腔颌面外科教学查房中对规培生应用基于病例的教学(case-based learning,CBL)模式及效果。方法:选取在中国人民解放军总医院第一医学中心口腔颌面外科病房进行规范化培训的学生作为研究对象。2018年9月至2019年12月的30人为对照组,采用传统教学查房模式;2020年1月至2021年4月的30人为实验组,采用CBL教学查房模式。通过4个月教学活动后,对两组理论、实践技能考试成绩及教学效果评价进行对比研究,SPSS25.0软件进行统计分析。结果:实验组在理论、实践技能考试成绩及教学效果评价方面比对照组有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论:将CBL查房模式应用于规培生的口腔颌面外科教学中,提高了教学质量,特别是在临床思维和综合诊疗能力方面,具有很好的应用价值和可行性。
Objective:To explore the application and effect of case-based learning(CBL)teaching rounds mode in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:Students who received standardized training for resident in stomatology wards of the first Medical Center of PLA General Hospital were selected as the research objects.Thirty people from September 2018 to December 2019 served as the control group,using the traditional teaching rounds model.From January 2020 to April 2021,30 people were selected as the experimental group,and the CBL teaching rounds model were adopted.The test scores of theoretical and practical skills and the evaluation of teaching effect were compared between the control group and the experimental group after 4 months of teaching activities.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had obvious advantages in theoretical and practical skills test scores and teaching effect evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL teaching rounds mode in oral and maxillofacial surgery can effectively improve the teaching quality,especially in the aspects of clinical thinking and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ability,and has a good application value and feasibility.
