服装CAD制板模块化的研究与应用

Research and Application of Modularization of Garment CAD Board Making

提出服装CAD制板在模块化系统中的应用,在服装批量生产或订制生产方式下,使用服装CAD模块化的思路。分析女时装裤制板模块化系统的建立及使用,得出在既定款式下,可快速调整对应的板型,并在参数变量组合后正确生成女时装裤结构图、放码图、排料图。对生成的女时装裤样板进行裁剪、缝制来检验CAD模块化制板的可行性,并进行人体着装来检测样板的舒适度。

The application of clothing CAD board in the modular system,the idea of using clothing CAD modularization in the mass production or customized production mode of clothing were proposed.By analyzing the establishment and use of the modular system for women’s fashion pants,it was concluded that under a given style,the corresponding plate type can be quickly adjusted,and the structure diagram,grading diagram,and layout diagram of women’s fashion pants can be correctly generated after the combination of parameters and variables.The generated women’s fashion trousers samples were cut and sewn to test the feasibility of CAD modular board making,and human dressing was performed to test the comfort of the samples.
