摘要
基础教育的发展需要高师院校培养“首岗胜任”的人才,教育部开展的师范专业认证提出了“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念,现实和认证要求均指向人才培养目标要达到“学用结合”。在以“接受学习”为主要活动形式的课堂教学中,以静态教学促进学生动态成长,塑造“能说会做”的合格“产品”和“成果”,设计并实施生成性的教学策略就成为核心与关键。以往的人本主义、认知主义、建构主义和范例教学理论可以为生成性教学策略提供相应的学理支撑,而具体到实践中,还要处理好课程目标的对标定位和教学设计的动态生成。继而,在“持续改进”的理念下,相关改革还需要不断走向深入,从理论到实践,从课内到课外,共同促进“成果导向”目标的达成。
The development of basic education requires colleges and universities of higher education to cultivate talents who are"competent for the first post."The professional certification of teachers carried out by the Ministry of Education puts forward the concept of"student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement".Both the reality and certification requirements point to the goal of talent training to achieve"combination of learning and application".In classroom teaching with"receiving learning"as the main activity form,static teaching is used to promote students′dynamic growth,shape qualified"can-speak and can-do""products"and"outcomes",and design and implement generative teaching strategies have become the core and keys.The previous humanism,cognitivism,constructivism and case teaching theories can provide corresponding academic theoretical support for gen⁃erative teaching strategies.However,in specific practice,it is also necessary to deal with the standard positioning of course objec⁃tives and the dynamic generation of teaching design.Then,under the concept of"continuous improvement",relevant reforms need to continue to go deeper,from theory to practice,from inside the classroom to outside the classroom,to jointly promote the achieve⁃ment of"outcome-based"goals.
