建设更为紧密的中国—东盟命运共同体如今已成为中国面向东南亚开展友好对话与合作的核心指南。在实践中,建设更为紧密的中国—东盟命运共同体倡议的实施离不开中国地方政府的主动参与和有效服务。广西作为中国唯一与东南亚陆海相连的省区,也是中国面向东盟友好往来和开放合作的前沿窗口,在建设更为紧密的中国—东盟命运共同体进程中扮演着特殊的角色。广西服务建设更为紧密的中国—东盟命运共同体既有基础和优势,又面临着挑战,如何将独特的区位优势转化为开放发展优势将是广西在这一过程中主动增强服务意识、开创新路径所需要回答的焦点问题。

Building a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future has become a core guideline for China’s friendly dialogue and cooperation with Southeast Asia. In practice, it could not be implemented without the active participation and effective service of local governments in China. Despite challenges, Guangxi plays a special role with regard to its foundation and advantages as the only provincial region in China connected with Southeast Asia by land and sea and the frontier window for China’s friendly exchanges and open cooperation with ASEAN. How to transform the unique location advantages into open development advantages will be the focus for Guangxi to actively enhance service awareness and create new paths in this process.
